Girl, I realized last Monday night that it really, truly assists to keep trash bags in your car.

Like, easily available trash bags that you can get from the driver’s seat.

I concerned this astonishingly astonishing revelation because, as I was driving house from the gym, I threw up in my mouth…and FYI, throwing up in your mouth is absolutely awful. I do not suggest it at all.

Side note: I have a truly difficult time remembering to do all of the good-for-you post-workout things they state you’re expected to do best after exercising, like drinking sufficient water best away as well as eating a healthy meal ( or at least a snack) within 20 minutes, however I’m getting much better about it, as well as because I’ve been much more mindful of my post-workout routine, I’ve been recuperating quicker as well as feeling much better sonraki gün.

I don’t understand why it never occurred to me to stock a trash bag in the car, since they’re so useful. just completed eating a banana? want your cars and truck to odor like eau de nasty old banana peel? Asla! Stick that thing in a bag. requirement to modification a filthy diaper? throw that sh*t (haha, literally!) in a bag. Stepped in some canine poop? Don’t bring that crap in the car! toss those shoes in a bag, as well as laundry them off at home.

So, note to self, as well as note to you, keep a couple trash bags in the car.

I’m just sayin’… best now if you can.
